To request a formal official letter of invitation to attend the conference, please:

• Scan and send a copy of your passport first page with your basic information to wangshaoxiong@icptt.org, if you have family members coming with you, their passport copies are also required. You will receive a letter via email. Please indicate if you want to receive an additional copy via airmail to the address that you provide or via fax.  
• Prepare a very short bio and send with the email.
• Letters cannot be e-mailed or sent to the Embassy or Chinese Consulate.
• ICPTT recommends you apply for your Visa at least 30 days prior to your conference travel dates.

If you are unable to obtain a Visa, cancellations must be received in writing by September 20, 2009, to receive a refund of registration fees. A $50 Processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.
